Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Director, Global Sales Strategy to lead the organization's global sales strategy, partner ecosystem, and enablement functions.

You will drive partner-influenced growth and equip sales teams to achieve objectives. The ideal candidate has leadership and experience in sales strategy, enablement, channel management, and executive communication, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Learning & Development, and partners to accelerate revenue

• Leads global sales strategy and partner ecosystem initiatives.
• Drives sales enablement and cross-functional programs across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations.
• Identifies market opportunities and performance trends using data-driven analysis.
• Defines success metrics and dashboards to measure program effectiveness.
• Presents insights to senior leadership and drives strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sales strategies to accelerate growth and improve sales effectiveness.
• Lead cross-functional sales programs across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations.
• Identify opportunities, trends, and risks using data-driven analysis.
• Create and manage initiatives supporting revenue goals and priorities.
