Job summary

SHI International is seeking a Director - Global Sales Strategy to lead the organization's global sales strategy, partner ecosystem and enablement. The role drives partner-influenced growth and aligns cross-functional teams to accelerate revenue across regions and verticals.

You will lead a team of Partner Managers, develop strategic programs, manage key partner relationships, and present insights to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in sales strategy, partner management, channel management, business development, sales enablement, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing programs, initiatives, and/or teams.
• Experience managing strategic technology, vendor, reseller, distributor, or alliance partner relationships.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and public-speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead global sales strategy and growth initiatives.
• Own the partner alliance strategy and day-to-day partner relationships.
• Develop scalable enablement programs for sales and partner organizations.
• Lead and develop a team of Partner Managers across regions and verticals.
• Present insights and performance updates to senior leadership.
