SHI International Corp. seeks a Director, Global Sales Strategy to lead the organization’s global sales strategy, partner ecosystem, and sales enablement. You will drive partner-influenced growth and ensure sales teams have the resources to meet business objectives.

You will mentor a team of Program and Partner Managers, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Learning & Development, and align regional and vertical initiatives to accelerate revenue growth.

• Proven ability to drive revenue growth through programs and enablement.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute global sales strategies to accelerate growth and improve effectiveness.
• Lead cross-functional programs across Sales, Marketing, Product and Operations.
• Identify market opportunities and risks using data-driven analysis.
• Define success metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms for programs.
• Present insights and performance updates to senior leadership.
