Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Global PMO Lead to drive the strategic direction and governance of the NCR Atleos PDS PMO across Americas, EMEA and APAC. You will oversee controls, risk management, standard processes and ensure secure, compliant project documentation on core systems.

You will coordinate with regional leaders, manage budgets, POs, invoicing and KPI reporting, and lead cross-functional teams including CoE, Sourcing, and Finance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in corporate real estate.
• Experience establishing or running a PMO across multi-region portfolios.
• Advanced MS Excel and project management tools.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction, governance and operations of the global PMO.
• Coordinate finance, procurement, and reporting with regional teams.
• Maintain manuals, templates and processes; train in-country PMs.
• Serve as SPOC for new project instructions and scoping.
• Ensure data integrity and governance across Ingenious.Build and Azara platforms.
