Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Global PMO Lead to steer the NCR Atleos PDS PMO, ensuring governance, control, and capital planning across the Americas, EMEA and APAC. You will partner with the Core CoE and regional teams to standardize processes and deliver reliable program data.

The role focuses on financial discipline, risk management, and data integrity, with a strong emphasis on AI adoption and tooling alignment within Ingenious.Build and Azara ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in corporate real estate or large multi-region programs.
• Experience establishing or running a PMO with governance and risk management for multi-region portfolios.
• Experience applying Center of Excellence standards and KPI frameworks across diverse regional teams.
• Advanced MS Excel, Ingenious.Build, and AI-enabled platforms such as JLL Azara.

Responsibilities

• Lead the NCR Atleos PDS PMO, setting governance, controls and a performance management system.
• Coordinate with CoE, GRE and regional PMOs to ensure alignment and data integrity across regions.
• Oversee cash flow, capital planning, and procurement processes relevant to the portfolio.
• Ensure project sign-offs, from initiation to closeout, and maintain up-to-date manuals and templates.
• Manage a Global PMO Coordinator and potentially multiple PMO resources across regions.
