Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Global PMO Lead to manage the PMO for the PDS team on the NCR Atleos account. The role focuses on governance, risk management, and capital planning across the Americas, EMEA and APAC, reporting to the Global PDS & OP Lead with responsibility for data accuracy and standardized processes.

The position operates from NCR Atleos’ GHQ in Atlanta and requires leading a global PMO Coordinator while coordinating with Finance and regional PMOs to ensure

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in corporate real estate and PMO leadership.
• Strong financial acumen with project controls and governance experience.
• Advanced MS Excel, Ingenious.Build, and experience with AI-enabled platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the NCR Atleos PDS PMO strategy, governance, and operations across regions.
• Establish project controls, risk management, and performance monitoring systems.
• Maintain field manuals, templates, and standardized processes; train in-country PMs.
