Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Global PMO Lead to steer the NCR Atleos PMO, aligning project controls, governance, and performance across regions. You’ll train regional teams, manage SOWs, and coordinate with Finance on cash flow, forecasts, and capital planning to ensure governance and delivery excellence.

You will partner with CoE, Technology and Data teams to apply KPI frameworks and platforms, driving improvements and ensuring consistent reporting across Americas, EMEA and APAC

Qualifications

• Proven PMO leadership experience in a multi-region portfolio.
• Financial controls, governance, and KPI reporting experience.
• Advanced Excel and data analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the NCR Atleos PDS PMO strategy, performance, and operations.
• Establish project controls, governance, risk management, and standardized processes.
• Train and align in-country project managers on manuals, templates and playbooks.
