Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Global PMO Lead to manage the PMO for the Project & Development Services team. You will drive governance, risk management, reporting, and capital planning support across the Americas, EMEA and APAC, ensuring data integrity and standardized processes.

You will report to the Global PDS & OP Lead and collaborate with CoE, Finance, and regional teams. This role is based at NCR Atleos' GHQ with global scope and opportunities to lead a cross-region

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is strongly preferred.
• Experience establishing or running a PMO with multi-region portfolio governance is a plus.
• Proven ability to implement project controls, governance and KPI frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction and operations of the NCR Atleos PDS PMO across regions.
• Establish and run project controls, governance, risk management and performance monitoring.
• Maintain manuals, templates, and processes; train in-country PMs and ensure compliance.
