Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the Americas region. The role provides program-level oversight of a multi-country real estate portfolio, guiding strategy, governance, budgeting, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, business management, finance, or related engineering field
• 7+ years of real estate, project management, or program management experience
• PMP, LEED AP certification or equivalent project management credential preferred
• Proven experience providing program-level oversight and governance across multiple countries in the Americas
• Knowledge of real estate development lifecycle, procurement, budgeting and scheduling

Responsibilities

• Provide program-level oversight and governance for a portfolio of concurrent projects
• Develop and execute portfolio strategies, processes and reporting tools
• Champion adoption of JLL's technology stack and AI-enabled platforms
• Act as trusted client advisor and manage relationships across the Americas
• Oversee portfolio performance, risk management, and delivery across the real estate lifecycle
• Lead, mentor and evaluate project managers across a national multi-country platform
• Manage vendor and consultant performance and risk across the program
• Direct in-country PM/CM delivery teams across time zones and countries
