Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the Americas to oversee a portfolio of concurrent projects across the region, coordinating in-country PM/CM resources and reporting to regional leadership. The role emphasizes strategic guidance, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will lead the adoption of JLL's technology stack, mentor project managers, and ensure consistency of standards across countries, while managing budgets, schedules, and vendor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, business management, finance, or related engineering field.
• 7+ years of real estate, project management, or program management experience.
• PMP or LEED AP certification or equivalent project management credential preferred.
• Experience providing program-level oversight across multiple countries in the Americas.

Responsabilités

• Provide program-level oversight and governance for a portfolio of concurrent projects across multiple countries in the Americas.
• Develop and execute portfolio strategies, standard processes, and reporting tools.
• Champion adoption of Ingenious.Build and AI-enabled platforms like JLL Azara to drive governance and data-led decisions.
• Lead, mentor and evaluate project managers across a national multi-country platform.
• Manage vendor performance, risk, and contractual obligations across the program.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, risk, and client stakeholder communications.
