Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Manager, Projects to join our Project & Development Services team in North Carolina. You will lead governance, develop standardized PMO processes, and help drive delivery quality across our North American commercial portfolio.

This on-site role supports governance across Morrisville, Raleigh and Whitsett, requiring hands-on project leadership, KPI tracking, template creation, mentoring and coordinated resource planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction or project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with project management software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities with experience building client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain project management methodologies across all projects.
• Develop and manage project governance frameworks that guide delivery approaches and decision-making.
• Create standardized project documentation templates and tools that streamline execution.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze metrics to measure success and drive improvement.
• Conduct project health checks and audits to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and provide mentorship to junior project team members.
• Support resource allocation and capacity planning across the project portfolio.
• Maintain the project management information system (PMIS) and prepare portfolio-level reports for leadership.
