Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a PM/PMO within our Project & Development Services team to lead governance and drive standardized delivery across our North American portfolio. You will establish frameworks, create tools, and track metrics to improve efficiency and quality across multiple projects.

You will mentor junior staff, support resource planning, and maintain PMIS while delivering portfolio-level reporting for leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction or project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with project management software and MS Office.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and client relationship abilities.

Responsabilités

• Implement and maintain project management methodologies across all projects.
• Develop governance frameworks for delivery and decision-making.
• Create standardized documentation templates and tools.
• Track KPIs and analyze metrics to drive improvement.
• Conduct health checks and audits for standards compliance.
• Mentor junior project team members and share knowledge.
• Support resource allocation and capacity planning.
• Maintain PMIS and prepare portfolio reports for leadership.
