Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a seasoned PM/PMO to lead governance across our North American commercial portfolio, combining strategy with hands-on project leadership. You will build standardized methodologies, establish PMIS tools, and track KPIs to elevate delivery quality and efficiency, collaborating across teams in a dynamic real estate environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial construction or project management with proven delivery success.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency with project management software and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain project management methodologies across all assigned projects.
• Develop and manage project governance frameworks to guide delivery.
• Create standardized project documentation templates and tools.
• Track KPIs and analyze metrics to measure success and drive improvement.
• Conduct project health checks and audits to ensure standards.
• Mentor junior project team members and support resource planning.
• Maintain the PMIS and prepare portfolio-level reports for leadership.
