Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Global Sales Account Executive to drive strategic growth by expanding relationships with existing and new Pharmaceutical accounts.

The role requires building executive relationships, influencing buying decisions, and developing joint go-to-market plans. This is a remote role with a home office, but applicants must reside in the NJ, NY, PA, or MN territory, with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of successful IT field sales experience.
• Minimum 50% travel time outside of office to meet with customers.

Responsibilities

• Strategic account development: identify, engage, and grow pharmaceutical accounts and other assigned customers.
• Influence global IT spend and drive SHI's solutions portfolio.
• Develop and execute account plans aligned with SHI's sales strategy.
• Manage a robust pipeline of opportunities through proactive outreach and collaboration with internal teams.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders including executives and sourcing teams.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Technical Strategists, and OEM partners to deliver integrated solutions.
• Position SHI's portfolio of IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and services.
• Align solutions with customer objectives and IT priorities.
• Coordinate with marketing and partner alliances to execute joint initiatives and events.
