Job summary

SHI International Corp. seeks a Global Sales Account Executive to drive strategic growth for pharmaceutical accounts.

This remote role requires building executive relationships, shaping joint go-to-market plans, and expanding SHI’s IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and services offerings. The position is remote with up to 50% travel and requires residence in NJ, NY, PA, or MN to support business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of successful IT field sales experience.
• Minimum 50% time outside of an office setting meeting with existing and potential customers.
• Travel to customer sites within dedicated territory.
• Travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events.
• Expertise in client relationship building and new business development.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Account Development: Identify, engage, and grow partnerships with assigned Pharmaceutical accounts.
• Pipeline & Opportunity Management: Build and manage a robust pipeline and track progress to targets.
• Relationship Building: Establish trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders and collaborate with internal teams.
• Promote SHI’s full portfolio: IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and services offerings and align solutions with customer IT priorities.
• Work with internal support, marketing, and partner alliances to execute joint initiatives and events.
• Influence internal stakeholders to prioritize pharmaceutical market strategies and resources.
