Payroll Solutions HCM seeks an Account Manager to be the primary contact for payroll clients, delivering payroll support, compliance guidance, and HCM system expertise. You will manage multiple client payrolls, coordinate data, and ensure accuracy in the isolved HCM platform.

The role emphasizes communication, timely payroll processing, and adherence to payroll policies. Experience with payroll data, tax rules, and customer service is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Two years payroll processing experience required.
• FPC or CPP desirable.
• Strong communication skills and reliable data handling.
• Proficiency with multi-state wage and hour laws and HCM functionality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned payroll clients and provide payroll support and compliance guidance.
• Collect payroll data, maintain accuracy in the HCM system, and process payroll timely.
• Communicate with clients to resolve issues and answer payroll/benefit questions.
• Stay current on payroll compliance, tax issues, and HCM applications.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and support continuous improvement.
