Job summary

Remote is hiring a Global Payroll Implementation Specialist to technically implement new customers onto the Remote Global Payroll platform, ensuring accurate, compliant payroll setups across entities and geographies. You’ll report to the Manager, Global Payroll Implementations and work within the Global Payroll Experience & Implementations team.

Qualifications

• Global payroll implementation experience with statutory tax regulations.
• Technical implementation setup experience on local payroll software.
• Strong end-to-end global payroll and HR process knowledge.
• Experience in payroll operations and statutory requirements.
• Excellent data management with high accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for payroll customers to set up and provide an accurate and seamless transition of their payroll requirements to Remote’s Payroll products and services.
• Analyze customers’ payroll needs and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Direct and manage the implementation of new customers from the start of the relationship, including data collection for new customer payroll set-ups per legal entity.
• Coordinate parallel payroll runs and reconciliation of wage-based taxes.
• Verify payroll and tax setup is compliant with statutory regulations.
• Coordinate and communicate payroll Go-Live and hand over to Operations.
• Maintain confidentiality of all customer and employee information.
