Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Manager, OTC to lead global billing operations across all revenue streams. You’ll design, execute, and continuously improve end-to-end billing, invoicing, payment application, and reconciliation in a multinational SaaS environment.

The role emphasizes scalable processes, SOX controls, and cross‑functional partnership with Revenue, Legal, IT, and Product. You’ll leverage AI and Zuora and Salesforce to drive automation, accuracy, and faster close.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Billing Operations, Order-to-Cash, or Revenue Operations with people management
• Deep expertise in global billing operations including O2C workflows, billing adjustments, multi-currency environments
• Strong command of billing process design and controls; scalable, accurate frameworks
• Hands-on proficiency with Zuora Billing; working knowledge of Salesforce
• Experience owning SOX controls for billing/OTC in a public company
• Familiarity with AI tools to drive improvements and automated processing
• Cross-functional experience with IT, Legal, Revenue teams across geographies
• Experience in high-growth SaaS with complex billing models (usage-based, multi-element, recurring)
• Experience leading billing ops across multiple geographies
• Participated in periodic accounting closes and deadlines
• Accounting degree/experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end global billing operations including contract setup, invoice generation, and billing adjustments
• Lead to payment application and reconciliation across geographies and revenue streams
• Establish global billing standards and procedures for completeness, accuracy, and timeliness
• Ensure billing supports complex deals, multi-element arrangements, and evolving monetization models
• Participate in month-end close entries, reconciliations, and status tracking
• Leverage AI and systems to enhance OTC functions across Zuora, Salesforce, and adjacent systems
• Partner with Revenue Accounting, Legal, Deal Strategy to align contract terms with accounting systems
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with IT, Product, Engineering for scalable, compliant models
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team, fostering scale and teamwork
