Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Billing Operations, Order-to-Cash, or Revenue Operations with leadership experience.
• Experience building scalable, accurate billing frameworks and strong controls.
• Familiarity with AI tools to drive improvements in billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end global billing operations across geographies and revenue streams.
• Establish global billing standards, ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Support SOX controls for billing operations and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Revenue Accounting, Legal, IT, Product, and Finance Systems to ensure accurate order-to-cash flows.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing OTC team across multiple regions.
