Job summary

AXON Networks is seeking an Operations Program Manager to orchestrate global deployment schedules, maintenance windows and customer activities. You will own the integrated calendar, coordinate Support, NOC, DevOps, Engineering, QA and Product teams, and ensure milestones are met with clear ownership and minimal surprises.

The role is fully remote within North America, with reporting to the Operations Manager and Director of Network Operations.

Qualifications

• 7 years of program or project management experience, including coordinating technical operations.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional schedules across regions and teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers and executives.
• Experience with production change, maintenance, deployments and go/no-go processes.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, information technology or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated schedule and coordination process for planned operational activities.
• Maintain a single authoritative calendar showing activity windows, commitments and readiness.
• Drive activities from intake through readiness, execution, validation and handoff.
• Coordinate with Support, NOC, SRE, DevOps and engineering teams to align resources.
• Provide leaders and teams with timely visibility into schedule, risks and outcomes.
