Job summary

AXON Networks seeks an OSS Engineer to design, build, and operate internal OSS tools, dashboards and automation for NOC and service assurance. You will unify data across cloud, network and CPE, and automate high‑volume diagnosis and incident response.

You will collaborate with cloud, DevOps, firmware, QA and security teams while staying close to operators who use the tools daily. This remote North America role offers strong growth and impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of OSS engineering or network automation experience.
• Experience building OSS capabilities for service providers or telecom operators.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, Java or TypeScript.
• Experience with Linux, containers, Kubernetes and public cloud.
• Experience integrating observability and ITSM tools via APIs.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own the engineering lifecycle for internal OSS tools and dashboards.
• Unify data across cloud, network, and CPE into actionable views.
• Automate alert enrichment, correlation, and incident workflows.
• Develop APIs, data pipelines, and operator-facing dashboards.
• Collaborate with NOC, Support, and Security teams.
