Job summary

AXON Networks is seeking an experienced Operations Program Manager to coordinate global operational activities for customers, production services and managed devices. You will manage the authoritative calendar, align resources, and drive end-to-end readiness, execution and closure with clear milestones.

You will partner with Support, NOC, DevOps, Engineering, QA and Product to ensure predictable delivery, early risk detection and minimal customer impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program or project management experience coordinating technical operations, cloud, network, SaaS or production-service activities.
• Experience owning complex cross-functional schedules with external customers and multiple internal teams.
• Ability to manage integrated plans, calendars, forecasts, risks and executive status reports.
• Strong understanding of production change, maintenance, deployment, readiness and closure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customer/leadership audiences.
• Proven ability to influence without authority and align priorities across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated schedule and coordination for planned operational activities across regions, customers and teams.
• Maintain a single global calendar showing activity windows, commitments and dependencies.
• Drive activities from intake to readiness, execution, validation and closure with clear milestones.
• Coordinate with Support, NOC, SRE, DevOps, Engineering and other owners without taking over technical decisions.
• Provide leaders and teams with visibility into forward schedule, capacity, risks and outcomes.
• Lead post-activity reviews and improvements to processes and tooling.
