Job summary

Axon seeks a PSO Program Manager for Community Connect to lead the operational health and scalable execution of the program across Axon’s U.S. customer base and expanding international footprint.

You will coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, and Finance to remove blockers, drive consistent agency outcomes, and ensure privacy-conscious deployments. This role reports to the Manager, Program Management (Community Connect).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in program management, project management, operations, information technology, professional services, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years supporting customer-facing technical deployments or professional-services programs involving remote hardware configuration and activation.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and managing escalations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PSO leadership to implement scalable workflows and reporting.
• Maintain visibility into program performance, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, and Finance to remove delivery blockers and improve customer experience.
• Support work-order management, quality checks, and internal handoffs.
• Serve as a technical resource for deployment planning, hardware readiness, and network connectivity.
• Develop and maintain playbooks and training materials for consistent execution.
