Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Global Relocation Specialist 3 to join its Global Mobility Office. You will lead development and ongoing administration of company-wide domestic relocation programs, providing relocation counseling and policy guidance.

This role is remote across the continental United States, with collaboration across internal teams and external providers to ensure compliant, high-quality relocation services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years relocation experience or Master’s with 3+ years relocation experience.
• Alternative education paths with related relocation experience considered.
• Experience in corporate/domestic relocation programs and policy knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organization and execution.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint; ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer domestic relocation programs end-to-end and support RFP initiatives.
• Deliver high-quality customer service reflecting corporate culture and policies.
• Coordinate with Staffing, Payroll, Accounting and service providers for compliance.
• Assist management with benchmark studies and industry trend analysis.
• Provide relocation counseling and develop in-house training for partners.
