Job summary

Blue Origin in Seattle seeks a Senior Global Mobility & Relocation Specialist to own the domestic relocation program, shaping policy, standards, and end-to-end employee experience.

You will partner with Sirva, Talent Acquisition and HR leaders to deliver high-quality relocations, track KPIs, drive continuous improvement, support international mobility, and build scalable resources and tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the Domestic Relocation Program: manage policy, process, service delivery, and employee experience end-to-end.
• Define relocation policies, guidelines, benefit tiers, and exceptions.
• Partner with Sirva to ensure service delivery meets standards and manage SLAs.
• Provide proactive guidance and personalized support to relocating employees and their families.
• Consult with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Compensation, and hiring managers on relocation packages and offer structuring.
• Establish and track KPIs, SLAs, and program health metrics (cost per relocation, cycle times, vendor performance, employee satisfaction).
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce friction and improve the relocation experience.
• Maintain SOPs and process documentation for the program.
• Design and maintain tools and resources to enable a scalable relocation experience.
• Support international expansion mobility needs and lead special projects like domestic office openings.
• Collaborate across HR and the business to ensure relocation processes align with broader goals.
