Responsibilities

• Coordinate international assignments to the United States and serve as primary contact for assignees and stakeholders.
• Partner with immigration counsel and providers to support visas and work authorization processes.
• Coordinate housing, relocation logistics, and payroll/benefits considerations for assignments.
• Deliver mobility briefings, support life/work transitions, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Contribute to policy documentation and process improvements for global mobility programs.
