Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Senior Global Mobility & Relocation Specialist to own the U.S. domestic relocation program and partner with Sirva to deliver a seamless employee experience from offer to settling‑in.

This role drives policy, standards, vendor performance, and continuous improvement while supporting international expansion initiatives and special projects within the People Operations team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in global mobility or corporate relocation, with a focus on US domestic relocation.
• Experience managing a relocation management company (RMC) partnership and SLAs.
• Experience owning or improving a corporate relocation program including policy design and exception management.
• Strong data analytics skills to build reports and KPIs for program improvements.
• Ability to interpret relocation policy and balance employee experience with business needs.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and mobility platforms such as ServiceNow or Equus.

Responsibilities

• Own the Domestic Relocation Program for U.S. relocations, from policy to employee experience end-to-end.
• Define, update, and enforce relocation policies, guidelines, benefit tiers, and exceptions.
• Collaborate daily with Sirva to ensure service delivery meets defined standards and SLAs.
• Provide high-touch guidance and proactive communication to relocating employees and families.
• Advise Talent Acquisition, HR Partners, and hiring managers on relocation packages and offer structuring.
