Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Senior Global Mobility & Relocation Specialist to own the domestic relocation program, delivering a seamless experience for employees and their families from offer through settling-in.

You will define relocation policy, manage the Sirva partnership, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to shape packages, SLAs, and process improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in global mobility or relocation.
• Policy design, benefit tiering, and exception management.
• Data-driven with KPI tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the Domestic Relocation Program from policy to employee experience.
• Define and maintain relocation policies, guidelines, and standards.
• Manage the vendor partnership with Sirva and ensure SLA adherence.
• Deliver a high-touch employee experience throughout relocation lifecycle.
• Advise Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers on packages and offers.
• Measure KPIs and drive continuous improvement in the program.
• Maintain SOPs, templates, and knowledge bases for consistency.
• Build tools and resources for scalable relocation experiences.
• Support international expansion efforts and lead special relocation projects.
• Collaborate across HR and the business to align with talent strategy.
• Oversee external partners and vendors for relocation services.
