Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking a Senior Global Mobility & Relocation Specialist to own the U.S. domestic relocation program and partner with Sirva to deliver a high-quality experience for employees and families.

You will define policies, manage vendor performance, and drive continuous improvement while supporting international expansion initiatives and cross-functional projects within People Operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in global mobility or corporate relocation.
• Experience managing a relocation management company (RMC) with SLA oversight.
• Experience owning or improving relocation programs, policy design, and exception management.
• Strong data analytics skills to build reports and KPIs.
• Experience interpreting policy and balancing employee experience with compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own the Domestic Relocation Program across U.S. relocations, end-to-end.
• Define and maintain relocation policies, guidelines, and cost-aware frameworks.
• Manage the Sirva vendor partnership, SLAs, escalations, and vendor performance reviews.
• Advise stakeholders on relocation packages, policy interpretation, and offer structuring.
• Lead international expansion support and cross-functional mobility projects.
