Job summary

RELO Direct is seeking an Associate Client Service Manager to deliver domestic and international relocation services for corporate and government clients. The role emphasizes policy counseling, budget guidance, and cross-selling while maintaining strict data integrity and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in relocation policy counseling, strong communication, multitasking, and a drive for continuous learning. A Bachelor’s degree is required; CRP/GMS certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years counseling relocation policies for corporate and government.
• Direct client and supplier interaction on service exceptions and statuses.
• Strong multitasking, analytical thinking, organizational skills, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks for authorized relocation services (policy counseling, cost management, destination services).
• Provide policy and entitlement counseling including needs assessment, cost estimates, and budget creation.
• Audit relocation expenses against policy and regulations; advise on submissions and tax.
• Act as primary client contact delivering consultative solutions to meet service and cost objectives.
• Maintain up-to-date records in computer systems; protect PII and secure information.
• Mentor and train colleagues; participate in client meetings and presentations.
• Contribute to business development and client relationship strategies.
• Translate customer feedback into process, product, or service improvements.
