• Bachelor's degree +8 years' experience in marketing in related fields.
• Experience developing multi-channel marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives.
• Experience creating content and messaging across digital and traditional channels.
• Strong analytical skills to derive insights from market data and campaigns.
• Ability to lead complex projects in a matrix environment.
• Willingness to travel 10–15%.
