Job summary

Network Solutions is seeking a Director of Market Development to own a new pharma-focused offering, from positioning to pilot closure. The role combines GTM strategy, pricing, packaging, and cross-functional alignment to prove the model with early partners.

In this U.S. remote role (ET/CT) with travel, you'll lead with a GM-style ownership approach, building a scalable playbook for year two and beyond while navigating legal/compliance to close initial pilots.

Qualifications

• Deep pharma industry experience and an active network.
• Ability to position for multiple buyers (brand marketers, HCP, DTC).
• Proven track record launching new offerings from idea to first deals.
• Pricing and packaging instincts with data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Define positioning, messaging, and category narrative for the new offering.
• Set pilot pricing and design scalable packaging models.
• Translate product capability into commercial offering and roadmap for 12–24 months.
• Own revenue, pipeline health, and the commercial trajectory through year two.
• Close first three pilots and navigate legal/compliance to signed agreements.
