Lonza Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth across the Biosciences Discovery portfolio, with a focus on the Cell and Gene Therapy market. This remote role requires building strategic partnerships and managing a portfolio of mid- to high-value accounts.

You will own the full sales cycle, develop territory strategies, forecast pipelines, and collaborate with scientific, product, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of sales or business development in the life sciences industry.
• Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and large accounts.
• Strong knowledge of cell biology and related disciplines.
• Understanding of drug discovery workflows and CGT landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel up to 30% and operate in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the full sales cycle for a portfolio of mid- to high-value accounts.
