Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior Global Marketing Manager for the Transplant Diagnostics Division (One Lambda) to drive growth of molecular diagnostics across regions. You will craft market narratives, expand into untapped segments, and build evidence-based adoption frameworks for scalable regional impact.

Collaborate with Medical Affairs, MSLs, HEOR, and regional teams to deliver multi-channel campaigns and meet revenue targets.

Qualifications

Advanced degree +6 years in product marketing within molecular diagnostics, IVD, genomics, or clinical diagnostics markets.
Strong expertise in market creation, segmentation analysis, and long-range planning.
Proven ability to map barriers to adoption and define strategies to overcome them in clinical/diagnostic markets.
Experience partnering with Medical Affairs, MSLs, HEOR, or clinical teams to develop evidence roadmaps and clinical validation strategies.

Responsibilities

Drive growth and adoption of molecular diagnostics portfolio across transplant/clinical diagnostics.
Identify untapped segments and define expansion strategies for regional scalability.
Develop evidence-based adoption frameworks and region-ready activation playbooks.
Create compelling market narratives and launch campaigns across channels (digital, video, email, sales enablement).
Collaborate with Medical Affairs, MSLs, HEOR/MAVE and regional teams to ensure alignment and compliant content.
Manage campaigns end-to-end from strategy through execution and measurement to hit revenue targets.
