Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Sr. Manager, Strategic Key Accounts to lead and grow our strategic customer relationships in the global IVD market.

This remote role requires you to partner with multiple Thermo Fisher business units to deliver value, manage portfolios under contract, and identify opportunities for expansion. You will negotiate complex commercial terms, develop compelling proposals, and drive cross-functional execution to meet performance targets while maintaining strong

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical field is required.
• 8+ years in strategic account management or complex B2B sales.
• Experience across multiple functions and large, strategic customer relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute comprehensive strategic account plans defining priorities and growth opportunities.
• Serve as primary commercial contact for assigned strategic accounts across procurement, operations, R&D, quality, regulatory, and leadership teams.
• Manage contracted business performance, pricing, volumes, obligations, and opportunities for expansion.
• Lead negotiations for existing and new business, including pricing and contract terms.
• Identify, qualify, and advance new opportunities with collaboration from technical teams.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and executive-level customer meetings with scorecards and pipelines.
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain to execute opportunities.
