Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a remote Lease Administrator to support a cross-border lease portfolio. You will manage lease administration, billing, and data integrity while coordinating with clients and global teams.

You will handle schedules, reports, and process improvements, ensuring accuracy of rent, expenses, and contract terms. A strong background in real estate and remote work is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Experience with global accounts and multi-site leases.
• Proficient in lease abstraction and billing processes.
• Strong data integrity and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage lease administration duties and produce schedules and metrics.
• Act as main client and vendor contact for global lease matters.
• Oversee portfolio updates, risk management and monthly reviews.
• Ensure accurate billing of pass-through expenses and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with global team for onboarding and process improvements.
• Maintain lease data in WorkTrac and ensure contract compliance.
