Job summary

Colliers in the United States seeks a Senior Lease Analyst - RENT to lead Lease Administration for large, global accounts, focusing on rent presentment and payments.

You will manage client and vendor relationships, maintain contract data in WorkTrac, produce reports, and drive governance and process improvements.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial real estate lease admin or related fields, a business or real estate degree, and experience with Visual Lease, ProLease, CoStar, and IFRS/US GAAP.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial real estate lease administration and/or accounting
• Experience with lease data management and US GAAP/IFRS preferred
• Ability to work independently, remote-ready
• Strong communication and client relationship skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for clients and stakeholders on global lease administration
• Maintain client contracts, scope, fees, billing, and payee information in WorkTrac
• Prepare portfolio updates, metrics and performance reports
• Lead governance programs: reporting cadence, communications, business reviews
• Track expirations, option dates, and critical lease data
• Manage vendor invoices and ensure charges align with lease terms
• Assist with onboarding and transition of new accounts
• Oversee data integrity in Colliers360 dashboards and related systems
