Colliers is seeking an experienced Lease Administration professional to serve as the main client contact for global lease matters. You will manage portfolios, track critical dates, and lead governance programs while coordinating with a distributed team.

Strong data management, remote collaboration, and governance skills are essential. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in commercial real estate lease administration, CRE databases, and a solid understanding of US GAAP/IFRS.

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration and/or accounting/property management.
• Bachelor’s/Associate degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field.
• Experience with CRE database systems (e.g., Visual Lease, APEX, ProLease, CoStar, WorkTrac).
• Experience managing multi-line global accounts (1,000+ leases) and global account structure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Knowledge of FASB/IFRS accounting rules and general accounting principles.
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders on global lease administration matters.
• Understand client objectives, portfolio strategy, and service expectations.
• Maintain client contracts in WorkTrac and ensure proper data entry and upkeep.
• Conduct regular meetings and reviews with clients to present portfolio updates and metrics.
• Develop governance programs for reporting cadence and business reviews.
• Track expirations, option dates, and other critical information.
• Oversee and ensure global team delivers services per client process and contract.
• Prepare and lead client communications and presentations for new business pitches.
• Assist with onboarding and transition of new accounts.
