Job summary

Salt is seeking a Global Key Account Manager for Networking Solutions in the Chicago area. This remote-friendly, hybrid role focuses on strategic account growth, executive relationships, and end-to-end complex sales across enterprise customers.

You will manage pipelines, forecast opportunities, and collaborate with partners and internal teams to deliver networking solutions. Regular in-person meetings in Chicago are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• MBA preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Own account strategy, pipeline development, forecasting, and sales planning for assigned enterprise accounts.
• Grow existing business and identify new revenue opportunities.
• Lead large, complex sales opportunities end to end.
• Build relationships with senior IT and business leaders, including C-level executives.
• Translate customer priorities into networking and technology solutions.
• Lead value-based sales discussions and negotiate with senior stakeholders.
