Job summary

Legrand AV, Inc. seeks a Global Account Specialist to drive management and development of the Power & Thermal Management division's largest accounts, on a remote basis preferably aligned to Pacific Time.

You will partner with Global Account Managers to achieve sales, profitability, and growth objectives, overseeing day-to-day account activity and driving revenue growth across hyperscale customers. You will help align customer needs with long-term account strategy, forecast sales, manage

Qualifications

A minimum of 7 years of advanced support sales or inside sales experience in the information technology industry; data center experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university with emphasis in Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong communication and project management skills; ability to work with multiple groups including Finance, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales.

Responsibilities

Manage global key accounts and build relationships with key personnel.
Ensure internal functions provide the highest level of customer service to global hyperscale accounts.
Monitor incoming orders and ensure effective fulfillment.
Forecast sales and collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability.
Travel up to 4x per year and support travel-friendly engagements.
