Keeper Security, Inc. is seeking an Associate Account Manager to join our high-performing B2B sales team. This is a 100% remote role with hybrid options for candidates near our Chicago headquarters.

You will manage an established client base, drive revenue growth through upsells and renewals, and collaborate with senior leaders to shape service delivery and outcomes. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in software sales, enterprise exposure, and a knack for turning technical value into business

Qualifikationen

2+ years of software or tech sales experience.
Strong knowledge of software integrations (SSO, Directory) and onboarding.
Experience selling to Enterprise customers and C-level executives.
Autonomous, proactive problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with Salesforce.com and sales tooling.
Undergraduate degree (BA/BS) preferred.

Aufgaben

Drive revenue growth through upsells and renewals within named accounts.
Maintain and expand relationships with senior decision-makers (C-suite, IT, security).
Lead quarterly business reviews to align on goals and measure value delivered.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to fulfill client needs and resolve issues.
Negotiate licenses, renewals, and cross-sell opportunities to meet targets.
Build and sustain a structured account cadence to maximize retention and expansion.
