Job summary

Amcor, a global packaging leader, seeks a senior Global Key Account Director to strengthen and grow the partnership with a global snacking account. You will own the overall account strategy, Joint Business Plans, and cross-functional collaboration across Amcor’s diverse business units worldwide.

You will drive growth, portfolio transformation, and sustained profitability while building deep customer relationships and delivering measurable outcomes across regions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, commercial leadership, or related role.
• Ability to travel up to 40%, including occasional international travel.
• Experience managing large, complex strategic accounts or commercial projects across multiple regions.
• Experience in packaging, food, healthcare, or complex manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of flexible packaging, manufacturing technologies, and production processes is a plus.
• Strong business and financial acumen with ability to balance growth, customer value, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global account strategy and Joint Business Plan for a global snacking account.
• Drive 3–5 year plan with priorities, projects, and measurable outcomes.
• Align account strategies with regional leaders and business units.
• Connect capabilities across Amcor’s Flexibles, Cartons, and Rigids to deliver solutions.
• Identify opportunities to grow share across regions, products, and business groups.
• Lead portfolio transformation focused on innovation, sustainability, and total cost optimization.
• Build customer-specific value propositions supported by data and insights.
• Develop and manage a strong growth pipeline with cross-functional teams.
• Position Amcor as a trusted category partner with focus on cost, performance, and sustainability.
• Lead customer meetings and maintain regular engagement with decision-makers.
• Coordinate across R&D, Sustainability, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, Marketing and other functions.
