Expertise in packaging, manufacturing, and cross-functional leadership is essential, with travel up to 40% and a focus on sustainable, profitable growth for Amcor and the client.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, commercial leadership, or a related role.
• Ability to travel up to 40%, including occasional international travel.
• Experience managing large, complex strategic accounts or commercial projects across regions.
• Experience in packaging, food, healthcare, or another complex manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of flexible packaging, manufacturing technologies, and production processes is a plus.
• Solid business and financial acumen with ability to balance growth, customer value, and profitability.
• Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Customer-focused, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across functions, seniority levels, cultures, and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Account Strategy and own the commercial performance for the global snacking account.
• Drive the 3 to 5-year Joint Business Plan, translating goals into priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with regional leaders to align account strategies, budgets, and objectives.
• Represent One Amcor across Flexibles, Cartons, and Rigids to deliver the best solutions.
