Job summary

Amcor Limited is seeking a Global Key Account Director to lead the global snacking account, aligning regions and driving profitable growth. You will own the overall account strategy and Joint Business Plan, coordinating with senior leaders and Amcor’s global teams to deliver value.

You’ll build strong customer partnerships and steer portfolio transformation across Flexibles, Cartons, and Rigids while ensuring execution excellence and sustainable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• Around 7+ years in sales/marketing/commercial leadership or similar.
• Willing to travel up to 40% (including international).
• Experience managing large, complex strategic accounts across regions.
• Experience in packaging, food, healthcare, or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of flexible packaging, manufacturing tech, and production processes a plus.
• Strong business and financial acumen; balancing growth, customer value and profitability.
• Proven project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Customer-focused, solutions-driven mindset with passion for innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Account Strategy and Joint Business Plan across regions.
• Partner with regional leaders to align account strategies and budgets.
• Represent One Amcor, connecting capabilities across portfolios.
• Drive growth, portfolio transformation, and total cost optimization.
• Build customer partnerships with key decision-makers and cross-functional teams.
• Deliver commercial results and monitor performance against targets.
