Job summary

Amcor, a global packaging leader, seeks a Global Key Account Director to drive the partnership with a major snack account. You will own the overall strategy, Joint Business Plan, and coordinate with R&D, Sustainability, Operations and Sales to deliver growth across regions.

This senior role requires 7+ years in sales or commercial leadership, strong relationship building, and a track record of turning strategic plans into measurable commercial results.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, or commercial leadership.
• Experience managing large, complex strategic/global accounts.
• Knowledge of packaging industry or manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the global snacking account strategy and performance.
• Lead the 3–5 year Joint Business Plan across regions.
• Build senior-level partner relationships and align cross-functional teams.
• Deliver profitable growth and portfolio transformation.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership.
