Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, or commercial leadership.
• Ability to travel up to 40%, including international travel.
• Experience managing large, complex strategic accounts across regions.
• Experience in packaging, food, healthcare, or a related complex manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of flexible packaging, manufacturing technologies, and production processes is a plus.
• Solid business and financial acumen balancing growth, customer value, and profitability.
• Proven project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Customer-focused, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across functions, seniority levels, cultures, and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Account Strategy, owning the strategy, relationship, and commercial performance for the global snacking account.
• Drive the 3–5 year Joint Business Plan with clear priorities, projects, and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate with regional leaders to align account strategies, growth plans, budgets, and objectives.
• Represent One Amcor, connecting capabilities across Flexibles, Cartons, and Rigids to deliver best solutions.
• Identify opportunities to grow Amcor's share of business across regions and product groups.
• Lead portfolio transformation focusing on innovation, simplification, sustainability, and cost optimization.
• Develop customer-specific value propositions supported by data and insights.
• Build a strong pipeline of growth opportunities with cross-functional teams.
