Job summary

Amcor Limited seeks a Global Key Account Director to strengthen and grow the global snacking partnership. You will lead a cross-functional team across Amcor to deliver growth, optimize costs, and advance sustainable packaging solutions.

You will own the Joint Business Plan and drive a 3–5 year strategy with regional leaders, R&D, Sustainability, and Supply Chain. Strong leadership, strategic insight, and deep customer knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• ~7+ years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, commercial leadership, or a related role.
• ~ Ability to travel up to 40%, including occasional international travel.
• ~ Experience managing large, complex strategic accounts or commercial projects, preferably across multiple regions.
• ~ Experience in packaging, food, healthcare, or another complex manufacturing environment is preferred.
• ~ Knowledge of flexible packaging, manufacturing technologies, and production processes is a plus.
• ~ Solid business and financial acumen with the ability to balance growth, customer value, and profitability.
• ~ Proven project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• ~ A customer-focused, solutions-oriented mindset with the passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• ~ Solid communication and relationship-building skills across different functions, seniority levels, cultures, and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Account Strategy and Own the Joint Business Plan for the global snacking account.
• Coordinate with regional and business-unit leaders to align strategies, budgets, and objectives.
• Represent One Amcor by connecting capabilities across Flexibles, Cartons, and Rigids to deliver best solutions.
• Drive portfolio transformation focusing on innovation, sustainability, and cost optimization.
• Build strong customer partnerships through strategic meetings and cross-functional collaboration.
• Deliver commercial results with targets, monitor progress, and report to senior leadership.
• Guide cross-functional teams to turn the Joint Business Plan into measurable outcomes.
