Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Global Key Account Director to lead a high-profile global snacking account. This senior commercial role combines strategy, relationship management and cross-functional leadership to deliver growth, portfolio transformation and sustainable value for Amcor and the customer.

You will own the Joint Business Plan, coordinate regional teams, drive profitability, and build strong partnerships with senior executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, commercial leadership, or a related role.
• Ability to travel up to 40%, including occasional international travel.
• Experience managing large, complex strategic accounts or commercial projects across regions.
• Experience in packaging, food, healthcare, or another complex manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Solid communication and relationship-building skills across functions, seniority levels, cultures, and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Account Strategy and own the account's overall strategy, relationship, and commercial performance.
• Drive the 3-5 year Joint Business Plan and align regional strategies, budgets, and objectives.
• Develop customer-specific value propositions supported by data and business insights.
• Build and manage a strong growth pipeline with cross-functional teams from concept to execution.
• Position Amcor as a trusted partner by improving cost, performance, and sustainability.
