You will own the overall account strategy, Joint Business Plan, and coordinate with regional teams, R&D, Sustainability, Operations, and Sales & Marketing to deliver growth and value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• Approximately 7+ years of progressive sales/commercial leadership experience.
• Experience managing large, complex strategic accounts across regions.
• Knowledge of packaging, food, healthcare, or related manufacturing sectors is preferred.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to balance growth, value, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global snacking account strategy and Joint Business Plan for 3–5 years.
• Coordinate with regional leaders, R&D, Sustainability, Supply Chain, and Sales & Marketing.
• Develop customer-specific value propositions and grow share of business across regions.
• Build a strong opportunity pipeline and drive portfolio transformation towards sustainability.
• Establish targets, monitor performance, and report progress to senior leadership.
