Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in sales or commercial leadership.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%, incl. international travel.
• Experience managing large, complex strategic accounts across regions.
• Background in packaging, food, healthcare, or complex manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of flexible packaging and production processes is a plus.
• Strong business and financial acumen with strategic thinking.
